Refactor offers three ways to work. One-on-one coaching pairs you with an experienced software coach. Cohorts are group programs run with specialist coaches. They are project-based, with pull request reviews and a peer group. The Python-to-Rust cohort runs 6 weeks and ends with a production Rust library. A Slack community gives ongoing access to guidance on specific topics. Rust coaching is available one-on-one or in the cohort and uses real project work.
