Background and qualifications
Paul earned a PhD in developmental psychology from Harvard and a BS in physics from MIT. Over four decades he has worked as an internal organization development consultant at AT&T, an executive search consultant, and VP of Talent and Organization Development at MicroE Systems. He has also been an angel investor, board chair and advisor. He is a faculty member at the Ultra High Net Worth Institute and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Babson College. He holds ICF PCC and Board Certified Coach credentials.
