Cheryl worked in various HR roles for more than 20 years. During that time she coached and supported women stepping into leadership. She finished the ILM 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring course in 2021, which formalized much of her experience. She holds CIPD and is working towards ILM 7. In January 2022 she set up her own consultancy and coaching business.
