Training also ties into a ZeroW app for tracking lifts and following programs.
Background and qualifications
Thomas Lilley founded ZeroW in 2012 as a gym to make strength training and powerlifting easier to reach. From 2020 the business grew from 1 gym to 11 gyms worldwide. Thomas has been an athlete, coach, gym owner, international referee, federation owner, equipment maker and podcast host. He has coached the number one open, junior and teen totals of all time.
