Background and qualifications
Melissa has worked in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and played high school sports before that. She started Mom Belly Fitness after her second pregnancy and birth showed her how much movement matters during that time. She holds Fit For Birth certifications in fertility and pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, and diastasis and core work. She is also a Level 2 Fascia Floss Trainer and an NCSF personal trainer and sport nutrition specialist. She is a certified Les Mills group fitness instructor as well.
