Background and qualifications
Joshua was shy and felt insecure about his height. He struggled to make friends or meet women. He built his social skills on purpose through real-world conversation practice, improv, public speaking, solo travel and learning to notice social cues and mutual interest. In time he became comfortable starting conversations almost anywhere. He met his girlfriend by speaking to him on the London Underground. He now coaches other adults on the same skills.
