He was Senior Director of Product Management at Indeed from January 2023 to November 2025. He was Head of Product at Agoda from February 2017 to March 2020. He built a 100+ person org from scratch and promoted dozens of ICs and managers into senior roles. He has interviewed 500+ candidates and screened several hundred resumes as a hiring manager. He also built and sold his own startup and now builds agentic AI products as a founder.
