Sessions are one-on-one, by video, every two weeks. Chris gives direct feedback, including the hard parts, and challenges a client's view when it is too tidy.

Chris earned an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra. He then spent over twenty years working inside CA Technologies, Nestlé Waters, and DOMA, and as a coach.
