How Alex works
The main program is a bootcamp immersion that runs about three weeks. Students train in the field with a coach, in both night and day venues. The program also includes seminars, one-on-one meetings with the coach, and dating app training. Coaches give personal feedback on each student's blind spots and keep the work tied to the student's lifestyle and life plans.
