What Tomi helps with
Tomi works with leaders who carry work stress home and replay decisions in their heads. The focus is on how clients relate to their own thinking.
- Constant replaying and rehearsing of conversations and decisions
- Work stress that follows you home and on holiday
- Putting off a hard decision
- Doubts about a hire
- Patterns that keep coming back after other coaching
- Leading with presence instead of pressure
- Sleep and calm affected by leadership pressure
Who Tomi works with
Tomi coaches senior leaders in visible roles. Past clients include a department head at a pharma company in Basel and a director in private banking in Zurich. Clients are people functioning at a high level who want to live better, not receive treatment. Sessions can be held in whichever language the client thinks in most naturally.
How Tomi works
Tomi does not advise. Tomi listens fully and asks questions, so clients hear their own thinking more clearly. The method draws on non-duality and the idea of "un-doing." It works on the client's relationship to their thoughts, not on new strategies or habits. Most clients meet twice a month and have a direct line to Tomi between sessions. If something can't wait, sessions go weekly for a month. There are no packages, and the work ends when the issue no longer runs the client. Sessions have no notes, transcripts or recordings.
