He was president of his section at Harvard Business School. He founded Bar None Games, a virtual team-building company that hosted more than 4,000 events during the pandemic. Most recently he led much of the People function at Ramp. He is now an ICF Professional Certified Coach with more than 1,000 hours of client coaching and over 100 executive coaching clients.
