How Karen works
Karen teaches a roadmap she built called Grow When You Don't Know. It guides clients from feeling stuck and tired to seeing new options and making better choices. The method treats uncertainty as an invitation to grow, not something to fight. It was shaped by years of research, reflection and real-world practice. She also offers a free Don't Know Exploration Worksheet.
