Hobert Ruffin leads the People function at XTI, one of the nation's largest Metro by T-Mobile resellers. Before that he was Global Recruiting Manager at Meta, leading recruiters and sourcers for technical and non technical hiring across North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC. He was also a Recruiting Manager for Meta's Global Operations team. At Compass, he led a nationwide recruiting team for the Strategic Growth sales team and reached 95% of the headcount goal for FY 2021. He was Director, Growth at Encore Search Partners.
