Who Gia works with
Gia works with high-performing leaders who have built success on certain behaviors and now find those behaviors costing them. Her clients often deal with burnout, overfunctioning and trouble making decisions.
How Gia works
Gia starts from the idea that every successful person runs a personal strategy, whether they designed it or inherited it. She helps clients see the strategy under the symptom. Then they rebuild it on purpose so it fits who they are now. Her work draws on a neuroscience-informed view of behavior and a trauma-informed coaching background.
Background and qualifications
Gia spent more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She rose to Vice President at a Fortune 100 company and spent 12 of those years in leadership. She later became a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach to study why capable people stay stuck in patterns they know do not help them. She is a Forbes Coaches Council member, the author of PowerShift, and the host of the What The Shift podcast. She has also served as Vice Chair of the Board for Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey.
