Geoff spent 10 years and 9 months at Google. His roles there included Senior Tools Strategist, Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Release Engineer. He then moved to Pandora, first as Manager of Production Engineering on the Infrastructure team and later as Director of Software Engineering. He has worked in infrastructure since 1995 and built high-performing teams. At Google he ran 200 interviews, mostly for L5 to L7 roles. At Pandora he ran 100 interviews for senior candidates up to Director level. He is an ICF PCC-accredited coach.
