Background and qualifications
Gena studied at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. She started at Charles Schwab in 2015 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where she led and coached a team of recruiters. In 2019 she became a Program Director on the Strategy and Business Management team. From 2020 to 2024 she was Lead Coach and Trainer for the New Employee Recruitment and Development program. She co-founded tagLeaders and has delivered training through Bundle since March 2024.
