Gary has worked more than forty years in human resources, organizational development, leadership consulting and executive coaching. He led HR consulting work at Harvard University for more than a decade. He has advised executives, managers, scientists, technical leaders and leadership teams in many fields. From June 2025 to February 2026 he worked as an HR advisor and consultant, reviewing a staffing model and future staffing needs, and helping recruit for key roles.
