She also served as Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, and designed a 3 year DEI strategy. She was interim VP of Rewards, leading a team of over 15. Since February 2023 she has been President and CEO of Leadership 360 LLC. She studied at the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
