Background and qualifications
Brad has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. Since November 2017 he has been Director of Software Engineering at Intel, where he leads a 150-person Enterprise Analytics organization. There he built analytics strategies across all business groups. Since June 2021 he has also been a Leadership Coach at Intel, coaching technical leaders one on one, in groups, and in teams. In February 2023 he founded Leaders In Tech, where he has guided over 200 tech leaders.
