How Barry works
Coaching centers on one-on-one mock interviews that are customized to the client's profession and qualifications. Weak spots are found and corrected during the mock interviews. Clients can choose one session, three sessions to move through each round of interviews, or a four session full job search program. That program covers skill assessment, career plan, resume, job search strategy and interview training.

Barry has over thirty years of executive human resources experience. Barry was Vice President of HR at Lloyds Banking Group and at Lehman Brothers. Barry was also an HR Manager at the hedge fund Russell Investment Group and at Willis Towers Watson. Barry has interviewed and hired over 10,000 candidates at all levels.
