Background and qualifications
Ash first studied to become a child and family therapist and spent 5 years after grad school earning hours toward licensure. Ash then moved into career services and became a career coach. At Carnegie Mellon University, Ash worked with the MSCF program and 16 Master's Engineering programs. Ash met with employers around the world, hosted workshops, and coached 300+ students one on one. All MSCF students in that group got internships, and 95% had full-time jobs by graduation. Ash also reviewed resumes for executives. Ash freelanced for years before going full-time this year.
