Background and qualifications
Art began his career as an engineer and worked up to CTO, Head of Architecture and VP of Engineering. He has more than 30 years of experience leading engineering, architecture and consulting teams at Microsoft, Capital One, PwC and FICO. At FICO he was Vice-President of Software Engineering, Architecture and Technology Strategy from 2021 to 2024. Before that he was CTO and Consulting Practice Lead. As a hiring manager he interviewed more than 100 candidates and reviewed hundreds of resumes. He is an ICF-certified coach.
