Tara has over 20 years of experience in professional services. She designed and delivered leadership programs for leaders at all levels. At PwC and Accenture, she led large leadership development efforts for people from interns to Partners. She studied coaching at iPEC. A few years ago she left her corporate role to coach full time in career and leadership. Since March 2022 she has been founder of Ama La Vida, and she has also worked as a leadership coach with Inspire Nurse Leaders.
