How Run works
Each runner is matched with Cory or Brandon. Setup takes 5 minutes, and the coach builds the first weeks of the plan within 48 hours. Workouts are built in an app and synced to a GPS watch. The coach reviews every workout and adjusts the plan week by week. Before each goal race, the coach walks the runner through pacing, fueling, and strategy.
Background and qualifications
Run Your Personal Best is made up of two coaches, Cory and Brandon. They are friends, runners, and full-time coaches. Both trained under some of the best coaches in the world. They have coached busy adults since 2013. Their results include over 1000 personal bests and over 100 Boston Marathon qualifiers. One long-term runner, Dani, has trained with them since 2018 and cut 46 minutes from her marathon to reach a 3:10.
