Robert served as Executive Director of the Tulane University Leadership Institute, where Robert built and led programs for emerging leaders. Robert also created educational programs at Tulane's A. B. Freeman School of Business and managed university operations. Robert is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and has coached over 100 clients on their career paths.
