After the program ends, the coach helps keep the actions going and stays available for support.

Pushpendra Singh has 40 years of experience, with more than 20 years as MD or CEO. Most of Pushpendra's career was with German MNCs in the electrical and electronic industry. Pushpendra built three new MNC operations in India and worked directly in marketing, materials, planning, coordination and projects. Pushpendra mentored managers who later headed organisations.
