How Paul works

Clients can start with a 90 minute Career Clarity Session, which is held online and includes a written report. A Career Transition Programme has 6 sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each. Pay as you go hourly coaching is also available.

Paul worked for 35 years in software, data and AI. That gave him a close view of how complex technology organisations run, and how capable people can end up in work that no longer fits them.
