Background and qualifications
Norma spent more than a decade helping clients get jobs in their target industries and gain admission to their dream schools. She officially launched her interview prep practice, Stars at Work, in April 2025. Before that, she worked in marketing at Amazon. From 2020 to 2023 she was a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, building recognition and engagement campaigns for Delivery Service Partners and leading a global team. From 2023 to 2025 she led community giving program strategy. She studied at Olin School of Business.
