Then it moves to what matters most and what blocks progress. Next come habits and boundaries, then focused goals and voice, then aligned action. She offers traditional coaching, and blended coaching that adds her own expertise and feedback is coming in summer 2026.
Background and qualifications
Nikki spent more than 20 years in corporate technology. She worked at small start-ups and large global tech companies. Her work covered leading teams, shaping operations, strategy, financials and process improvements. Along the way she mentored and coached teams and leaders. She saw that her favorite part of the work was helping people find their strengths, get through transitions and spot patterns that slowed them down. She then started Anchor + Ascend Collective to coach full time.
