Who Mike works with
RTS coaches powerlifters and strength athletes. Clients include lifters who want to compete seriously and lifters who have plateaued despite hard training. The coaches have worked with athletes from local meets up to international levels. Experienced lifters and other coaches also seek out RTS coaches.
How Mike works
RTS follows one core idea: Follow the trail of athlete response. Programs are individualized from top to bottom, based on how each lifter reacts to training. The coaching rests on three parts: Leadership, relationship and creativity. New clients start with Athletic Vision Casting, a meeting with the coach to talk through goals and what they want from coaching. The coach then builds a plan of action toward those goals. If a solution does not fix the core problem, the coaches create a new one. The staff stays in constant contact to work through problems together.
