Background and qualifications
Matthew has worked as a CISO, cybersecurity strategist, operational leader and technologist for over 35 years. He spent more than 24 years at Intel. There he built the first Security Operations Center, led M&A security and founded the cyber crisis response team. He was also the cybersecurity strategist for Intel Security, which included the McAfee acquisition, and set up security governance for Intel's AI business unit. He is now CISO for Mercury Risk and Compliance. He is also a keynote speaker, author and podcast host.
