Mark spent over 20 years in senior higher education leadership. He was Assistant Dean of Graduate Career Services at USC Marshall School of Business from 2016 to 2024. Before that he was Associate Dean at Olin Business School from 2008 to 2015. He directed career education at Indiana University from 2000 to 2008 and taught as adjunct faculty in marketing and emergency management. He also served 20 years in the US Navy and retired as a Commander in the Medical Service Corps. He later became Director of Advising for graduate programs at the Sanford School of Public Policy.
