She spent over 27 years as a pastor at a 4,000-member church in central Florida, overseeing 15 staff pastors and 20 direct reports and leading a 500-member team. She has written 3 books and articles for Charisma Magazine and Group Magazine. She is trained and certified by John C. Maxwell.
