He returned full-time the next year and led summer analyst recruiting for his whole office. That gave him a view of interviews from both the applicant side and the hiring side. He then took an M&A and corporate development role at a PE-backed company and closed several deals in home services. Today he is a private equity associate at Reef Capital Partners. He studied at BYU Marriott School of Business.
