She then worked as Director of Business Development at Danger, Inc., which Microsoft acquired. She spent eight years as Director of New Business Development at Google, then became Senior Director at Alphabet until 2024. Much of her work focused on building partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. She also completed Co-Active Coach Training and now leads Tsai Coaching.
