Background and qualifications
Holland began at Bain as an Associate Consultant right out of undergrad and worked up to Manager, serving clients directly. Holland sat on recruiting school teams, interviewed candidates and mentored high performers. Later Holland became Practice Area Manager for Leadership and Talent, helping build Bain's leadership product with expert partners. As Director of Consulting Programs, Holland managed 150 people in the Texas office. Holland took leave for an externship at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and earned an MBA from Yale School of Management.
