She then became a recruiter in the social impact sector, where she designed selection processes and helped hiring managers find talent. She also built leadership and manager development programs and acted as an in-house career coach. She led a rotational program and high-potential programs at the NBA before getting more training to become a professional coach. She still works as an executive recruiter.
