Background and qualifications
Dane led 1200 people as Chief of Maintenance for the Air Force in Turkey. After his service, he formed Deutsch's Incorporated, which included a gymnastics training center, an IT company and a leadership development center. He owned DCS Netlink for 29 years, won Barron County Small Business Model of the Year for 2002, and sold it in January 2020. He now runs Cyber Tech Coach and teaches Cybertechnology Ethics at UW-Stout. He became a Founding Partner of John Maxwell's training company in 2011 and is now an Executive Director on the John Maxwell Team.
