Bill began his career in financial services. He later worked as a diplomat in US Foreign Assistance, where he managed the finances of $1.2 billion development portfolios. He found that individual motivation and team dynamics were the real challenge, not the numbers. That led him to study methods for building human potential and become a coach. He holds a BS and an MA. He is a Unified Mindfulness Coach, a HeartMath Trainer, an ELI Master Practitioner and a Certified Executive Coach. He also trained with iPEC.
