Who Big works with

Big Benchas coaches competitive powerlifters who already log their training and chase specific totals. Many balance lifting with family and work. Lifters compete in federations like USAPL, USPA, and WRPF. Coach Steph also works with new and aspiring powerlifters.

How Big works

Coaching starts with a review of training history, current numbers, injuries, and meet schedule. Each lifter gets a roadmap with realistic totals and timelines. Lifters then get detailed monthly training blocks with RPE and RIR guidelines and planned volume progression. They send in videos for form coaching and feedback. The coaches watch performance and recovery, set the taper, and build attempt selection from training results.
