Barbara Anne has coached inside organizations and as an outside coach since 2002. She holds an M.S. in Executive Leadership from Champlain College. Her coaching credentials include the ICF Professional Certified Coach designation and certification as a Positive Intelligence coach. She has training in trauma-informed approaches and inclusive leadership. Before coaching full time she worked for the SBA New Jersey District Office and at HUD on the White House Promise Zone Initiative. She has held roles from manager to executive director.
