How Theresa works

Theresa uses a structured framework built on evidence based tools for processing grief. The one-to-one package covers seven sessions. Clients meet weekly or every two weeks. Each session moves clearly from the one before. All activities are done inside the session, so clients need no extra time between sessions. She also runs peer group sessions for grief reflection. Extra single sessions are available after the package ends.

Background and qualifications

Theresa is a certified grief coach and a mental health professional. She holds three IPHM accredited qualifications: STILL Method Grief Coach, STILL Method Emotional Regulation Practitioner, and Sound Therapy Practitioner.
