Shaun has more than 30 years of experience in business. For 28 years he owned a small technology company that grew to 40 staff and made healthy profit. Growth stalled and the leadership team became fractured. In 2017 he began using EOS, and an EOS Implementer helped his team put it in place. Over two years he built a new leadership team and got everyone heading the same way. He later sold the company. He is now a Certified EOS Implementer.
