At 27, he co-owned a Sydney construction business. It grew to 70 full-time staff and $65m in revenue, and ranked on the BRW Fast 100 in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He exited in 2018. He found EOS during this time and used it to scale his own business. He holds a B Com and an MBA (Exec) and is a Certified EOS Implementer.
