Shahrukh joined McKinsey's new Pakistan office in 2014 as one of its first four hires. Shahrukh led recruiting there as the office grew from 4 people to 50 by 2019. Shahrukh became a top interview coach for candidates applying to McKinsey offices in Pakistan and the Middle East. In 2019 Shahrukh left to attend Harvard Business School. After graduating in 2021, Shahrukh rejoined McKinsey in Detroit for three years as an interview coach and interviewer. Shahrukh helped that office 2x its Business Analyst and Associate class. Shahrukh is now based in Silicon Valley and works at HP Inc.
