The work also draws on polyvagal theory, which looks at the nervous system, plus mindfulness techniques and somatic bodywork with the Spinal Attunement Method. Robbie uses a trauma-informed lens. Somatic tools help clients tune in to what they feel in the body, so change happens in both mind and body.
