Background and qualifications
Paul started at McKinsey & Company in 1998 and worked there until 2002 as a Junior Associate, Associate, and Engagement Manager in London and the United States. He then served as the founding Chief Operating Officer of Teach First and worked as a Project Consultant at Accenture. From 2006 to 2014 he was a Senior Consultant and Strategy Tutor at Ashridge Business School. Since 2016 he has been a Director at Talik & Company. He has trained 3,000+ executives and MBA students.
