Background and qualifications
Michale left a job as a university development director more than 40 years ago to become a professional storyteller. Early work took Michale into classrooms, children's hospitals, boardrooms and conference halls. Michale told U.S. children's stories to 50 million viewers on Soviet television and founded Storytell International, a nonprofit that builds peace between nations. Michale was a consultant to Boeing for more than 20 years and co-designed the Boeing IT Leadership Development Program. Michale also contributed to the Boeing IT Technical Leadership Institute. Other corporate clients include Western Union LAROC in Costa Rica and Disney Development Corporation. Michale holds an MLS and has done graduate work in Spiritual Psychology.
