Marilyn Engelman holds a Ph.D. and is a Certified Educational Planner. She has been a special educator since 1971, with public school and university faculty roles. She has been a reading teacher and has taught assessment and special education courses at Clark University, Boston College, Simmons College, Tufts University and Regis College. She ran a university LD support program and did research on college students with learning disabilities and attention deficits.
