Who Kristian works with
Kristian works with people who feel stuck between intention and action. His work covers entrepreneurs, startup founders and people with ADHD. He also welcomes LGBTQ+ clients. Clients do not need a perfect goal. They can bring one decision, pattern or possibility they keep circling.
How Kristian works
Kristian starts each client with the one thing that matters most, then explores what sits underneath it. He uses focused questions, honest reflection and chosen exercises. Then the client turns the insight into an action, decision or experiment to try in real life. He calls the inner voice that argues against action the Negotiator. The first Focus Session lasts 30 minutes. Later sessions last 60 minutes. There is no required package or long-term commitment.
Background and qualifications
Kristian holds certifications in life coaching, longevity coaching, neuroscience coaching and somatic coaching. His coaching covers three areas: Life, longevity and business. He built his approach from his own experience. For years he kept planning another "Day One" and found that lack of information was not the problem. The problem was the voice between intention and action, which he now calls the Negotiator. He works mainly online and also sees clients in person in Galicia, Spain.
